A very lovely two-level property locate in wonderful position in the marvellous town of Positano, in this house guests will fully enjoy the pleasure of a stay into a charming and authentic ancient house of the Amalfi Coast.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Situated on the upper side of Positano, guest must know that there will be some stairs to climb to reach the beaches of the town, also parking is not easy, however guest would not need a care for stay at this house since all shops, restaurants and other services are easily reachable by walking, and for those that wish to come by car is possible to reserve a garage in the neighbourhood. Additional charge of 20 euros per day must be paid locally. Parking space must be booked in advance.

The property features amazing private terraces, three in total, with wonderful sea view, it is equipped with elegant garden furniture, table and chairs for al fresco dinner. On one of the terrace there is a delightful garden planted with seasonal vegetables, if in season the produce is available to guests.
The property on its interiors is about 125 sqm and features a very large and bright living area with fire place, sofas, sat. TV, dining area with table and cahirs, the living has direct access to a panoramic terrace, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, on the kitchen side a glass door give the access to the planted garden. A spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
An internal staircase of 18 steps, take to the second floor, with two double bedrooms a large bathroom with shower.

Due the several antiques pieces in the house the property is not suitable for children under 12 years.

Access: Positano view will be reached going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 83 steps.

Distances: The entrance of the house is only a short walk away from the one-way internal road housing local traffic and Positano’s inner transport system only.
Ferries and hydrofoils to Capri (20min), Naples (50 min), Amalfi (30 min) and Salerno (1½h) leave from a pier to the right of the main beach.
The other villages of the coast are easily reached by blue buses marked SITA.
At about 1,5 km far from the house is the SITA bus stop which offers regular service to and from Amalfi and Sorrento, every 45 minute /1 hours and can be reached by local mini buses.
Airports: Naples 70 Km, Rome (Fiumicino) 330 Km

Minimum stay: 7 nights arrival day Saturday.
Check in: from 15:00 Check out: by 10:00

Refundable security deposit:
€ 500.00 will be required upon arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charges in case of damage to the property.
