I called around 1pm to see if we could check in early, she said 2pm was no problem. I arrived at 230 and was told was too early to check in. Than count it... 6 times other guests were assigned to my room. I kept having to open the door and say someone is already here. The beds were cheap and awful, the "air conditioner" not only did not keep the room cool but smelled as though hadnt been cleaned in way too long and I left with a chest infection.

Property is dated and small. Staff did their best, but apparent that they were undertrained and didn’t get proper support from management. Seems to be understaffed as well. Apparent cobwebs at common areas. Appliances for breakfast were down. Gym was adequate but had strong odor like they had not been cleaned in a while. Pool room was clean but uncomfortably hot, with inconsistent opening hours. Will most likely not return to this hotel.

College overnight

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. A little more modern than the hallway area. We stayed for a quick overnight at a college nearby so for us it was just used for a bed. Breakfast was not great and we ended up grabbing only a juice.

We stayed here for one night and it was, at best, perfunctory. The front desk staff were unpleasant in each interaction. The room itself had no keycard lock (like all the other rooms). Instead, it had an ill-fitting handle with a metal key that looked like it would pop right open with a push. The room was clean and large (we got the king suite), but smelled faintly of urine. The breakfast was fine (avoid the eggs). We did enjoy the large backyard and patio. Lots of room to run around and cute bird houses. Also liked the free coffee and tea station.

The lobby is staffed 24 hours with coffee and fresh popcorn. The morning meal always has plenty of choices and is constantly refreshed. The fire pit on the outdoor patio with the tables outside is a nice touch. I saw the lobby being vacuumed at least twice in three hours during the early evening shift. With Dunkin and CVS adjacent, what else is needed??

We solely intended to rent out a King Suite due to the hot tub in room despite that we traveled 2 hours. As we checked in, receptionist deliberately changed it to a standard King room. We were disappointed, it’s not worth coming back.

Great stay with some nice touches

Son and I drove back from a Red Sox game and needed a quick place to stop. Without extra clothes or toiletries, the toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom was a nice touch and unexpected. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Family of 3 take on NH/ME

Great place so close to many places of interest for us during this trip. Room was perfect for the three of us. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was the best way to start the day. Loved the open common space to enjoy some take out dinner and little game night.
