Villa Stefania - With Pool in Portoferraio

Elegant house in a panoramic site on the promontory overlooking the Gulf of Magazzini; a typical Tuscan villa on two floors, with a small swimming pool. In green surroundings, in a large garden, with large equipped outdoor areas. The villa is located in a convenient position for getting around and visiting the island, in about 700m you can reach the small beach of Magazzini, while at 7-8 km we find the large sandy beaches of Lido di Capoliveri and Lacona.
Villa Stefania sleeping max 10 people is on two floors, with ground floor comprising large lounge with dining area, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, two twin bedrooms and one bathroom and laundry area; on the first floor, three double bedrooms, two with terrace, and two bathrooms.
Outside the house we find a garden shaded by pine trees, an outdoor dining area and a swimming pool (3x6 metres) with a fantastic view of the gulf of Portoferraio.
