The two- bedrooms apartment “Fronte Mare” is at the third floor of a new building. It is very close to the harbor of Portoferraio, to the beach of Le Ghiaie, La Padulella and Capobianco, and to the centre of Portoferraio.This apartment has been recently built and it has been decorated in a modern and cosy style: it is the perfect house for couples or families that arrive on the island without the auto or for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. In a walking distance (about 450 mt) you can reach the very beautiful beach of Le Ghiaie, famous for its white pebbles and the crystal-clear water: the sea in front of Le Ghiaie is a marine protected area and it is a real paradise for swim and snorkel. The other two suggestive beaches of Padulella and Capo Bianco are at about 1 km: like Le Ghiaie, they have white pebbles and a blue and clear sea. The centre of Portoferraio is at about 600 mt and it is reachable through "La Calata", so it is called the promenade. Nearby the apartment you can find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, the bus station, the taxi station, etc.
The apartment for our guests is a welcoming two-bedroom unit of about 75 square meters, ideal for up to six people. It’s located on the third floor of a small building with elevator and has its own private entrance. It has a spacious, bright living room with large windows offering a beautiful sea view, along with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction cooktop, fridge with small freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle), a TV, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a smaller room with two single beds. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Outside, there is a large terrace with sea views, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The Fronte Mare apartment is new, very bright, and well finished, with modern furnishings, air conditioning and heating. There is no private parking available, but some free public parking areas can be found nearby.

Arrivals: check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Utilities: light, water, air condition included. Heating: on request € 3,00 per day (to pay before use).
