Com estacionamento privado e portão eletrônico, estamos localizados a 5 minutos a pé da badalada e charmosa Rua do Mucugê, e da Praça da Centenária Igreja D'Ajuda com bares e restaurantes, e a 15 minutos caminhando da praia do Mucugê.
