Giudizio senza dubbio positivo, appartamento pulito e fornito di ogni necessità. Da sottolineare la presenza dell'impianto di climatizzazione estivo (e invernale, nel caso) e il posto auto riservato davanti all'appartamento. Assenza di spazi esterni "da vivere" ma, personalmente, non ne farei un dramma... Massima disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario nel rispondere ad ogni esigenza, necessità o semplice richiesta di informazioni. Decisamente consigliato, soprattutto se cercate un turismo non di massa.

L'appartamento è pulito fornito di tutto: biancheria, asciugamani, stoviglie, detersivi. La casa è fresca e c'è anche l'aria condizionata. Anche se la ferrovia è vicina il rumore del treno non dà fastidio. La spiaggia è vicina, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Supermercato nelle vicinanze. È stata una bella vacanza.

Sehr Freundlich, sehr sauber und top Lage!

Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt mit einer top Einrichtung, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Supermarkt, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Siamo stati ospiti una settimana in questa bellissima casa. I proprietari sono deliziosi, gentili e sempre disponibili. La casa era perfetta: arredamento moderno, pulizia eccellente e fornita di ogni comfort (dal detersivo per il bucato al bagnoschiuma per la doccia). Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Casa moderna, condizionata e spaziosa

Soggiorno veramente ottimo in questa casa. E' ristrutturata in stile moderno esattamente come si vede in foto con due camere, bagno e zona giorno con divano-letto. Sono presenti 2 condizionatori Daikin di ottimo funzionamento. Posizionata vicino a ristoranti, supermercati e mercato perfettamente raggiungibili a piedi. Il mare si raggiunge a piedi in 10-15 minuti anche se le spiagge di Porto Sant'Elpidio hanno molti sassolini. Per chi volesse uscire la sera deve spostarsi verso San Benedetto del Tronto per trovare il classico intrattenimento serale da mare. Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile ad apportare miglioramenti alla proprietà.

La casa è esattamente come presentata. È in una posizione molto tranquilla ma da dove si può raggiungere qualsiasi spiaggia e località del litorale in pochi minuti di macchina. Gli interni sono nuovi e l’ambiente è molto pulito. Ci sono anche due climatizzatori all’interno che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nelle vicinanze passa la ferrovia ma grazie agli infissi nuovi noi l’abbiamo notato appena e non ci ha assolutamente disturbato. Consigliata soprattutto per famiglie.

Massima disponibilità dei proprietari e casa molto carina, avente tutto il necessario (con eccezione dell'aria condizionata, unico motivo per cui 4 stelle e non 5). Si arriva al mare in 10 min a piedi o se si vuole spiaggia di sabbia è sufficiente muoversi di soli 3 km verso porto san Giorgio (sud). In meno di 5 min a piedi si arriva a supermercato, farmacia e di fronte alla casa c'è un ottimo posto in cui mangiare arrosticini (Osteria Dal Fosco).
