Quiet and Lovely
Despite being located on a park and in front of a busy bus stop, the apartment was quiet and peaceful since it faces the back shared gardens (which are simple but attractive). It has all the essentials needed to make for an enjoyable stay: the bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything in the kitchen worked. By appearances, it was renovated somewhat recently, so it’s mostly in good condition with a few minor quibbles. It's petite, but laid out well and not cramped, and worked well for the 3 of us. On a stormy day, it was easy to ride out a heavy downpour watching a movie, although there is only comfy seating for 3. If you want easy access to the touristy areas and the metro without having to stay among the crowds, this is a good option, and I would stay here again.
