Very comfortable bed and quiet location - out of town, but lovely to have the garden area and pool. Had an issue with the bedside light that took a couple of days to solve, but that was the only issue.

Could be more inviting

Our room was excellent but booked a room with a balcony and I certainly wouldn't describe what we had as being a balcony. There was a very small outside space which looked tired and right next to access path. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was not inviting as tiles missing from sides and a long walk from patio area. The patio area itself is in need of repairs with broken decking and adjustments needed. Disappointed that drinks or snacks were from vending machines.

Fun hotel with a padle court in good condition - equipment was included in the cost of hiring the court for 1 hr. Concierges were delightful and knowledgeable. Provided recommendations for a pizza place on the river that was awesome and a visit to the beach to enjoy the outdoor fresh bbq fish locations close to the harbour and the beach promenade.

Don’t go by the first impression, because this place is wonderful. It does not even look like a hotel from the outside, and the lobby is at best uninspiring. But the place beyond that is lovely, along with the staff. Rooms are set uo for longer-term stay so you have a well-appointed kitchen. We had a patio in a come-covered alley. Breakfast one of the best.

Very high level attention to detail in every aspect of the experience from the check in tour, to the amenities offered (breakfast baskets, full and expansive gym, common sitting area, outdoor terrace with pool and paddleball court). Staff are very kind and knowledgeable with excellent recommendations about spots to visit. Don’t miss out on the churrascaria a 2 min walk away, a true hidden gem!

High quality/price rate

All was perfect like last time. The only negative point is for the shutter windows that didn’t work and the door lock of the room that was a little bit broken Beside that all was perfect ,the cleanliness was perfect,staff friendly, amenities are better than expected. I recommend!
