This is a very vibrant hostel. Lots of young friendly travelers interacting in the common area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay here again if traveling through Porto!!

Staff was amazing!!! Specially Josh from the front desk and bartender!!! Josh do both and he is friendly and super cool !!! Josh you’re a superstar!!!! And Gabi the Brazilian girl ( support team) Gabi you’re a sweetheart!!! Made my stay so special!! We also could walk to anywhere!!! Bakery right in front!! Great location, friendly staff, and good value. Especially enjoyed the bar/social events in the hostel. The water suddenly went off one day for several hours - hopefully a one time thing!

Good for the price

The room was excellent but there was a hair tie with bunches of hair in it left in the room when we got there. It was very comfortable as well but difficult to sleep with the slamming doors and stomping of the people in the hall.

The property is superbly located. The staff was professional and courteous but not warm. The furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced or at the very least reupholstered. The upholstery is frayed, giving the reception area a dirty, dilapidated look.
