Located on Rua 31 de Janeiro, just a few meters from Portugal's most iconic train station: São Bento Station, you'll find the best tourist attractions around you. The Church of Santo Ildefonso and the start of Rua de Santa Catarina are just 190 meters away from the apartment, while the traditional Rua das Flores is only 400 meters away. A few minutes' walk will take you to Ribeira, one of the oldest areas of the city, where you can enjoy the view of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge. We recommend crossing the bridge to reach the Gaia Wharf and taste the famous Port Wine at Casa Ferreirinha or visit the WOW Multi Experience Center.
The Ferreira Borges Market, Stock Exchange Palace, Avenida dos Aliados, Clérigos Tower, Galerias de Paris, and Rua de Santa Catarina are all within walking distance of the apartment.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the official check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a cost of €40 will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – cost upon consultation.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit on utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €150. If these expenses exceed that amount, the guest will be responsible for the excess payment.
