Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the second floor with sea views. This includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Foz do Douro, a charming and vibrant coastal area in Porto. Just steps away are Luz and Ourigo beaches, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The area is known for its variety of restaurants, from international cuisine to traditional Portuguese dishes. Explore the Foz Market for fresh, local produce. The waterfront offers cycling and walking tours with stunning views. For shopping, sophisticated boutiques and art galleries await. Porto's downtown is a 10-minute drive away, with easy access to public transport, including buses a 2-minute walk away.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). The apartment is strategically located near a vast public transport network, facilitating access to various points in the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is just a 15-minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.
If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits being scheduled for this purpose.
