Getting Around:

To facilitate your arrival and departure, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). Furthermore, the apartment's location at R. de Dom João IV 356, 4000-297 Porto, Portugal, benefits from an excellent public transport network. The nearest metro station, Marquês station, is a short walk away, providing quick and easy access to various parts of the city, including the historic center and the riverside area. For those traveling by car, there is paid parking near the apartment. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away by car or public transport, with direct metro connections.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied for smoking.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a charge of €200 per hour will apply.



If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring a technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.

Cozy stay

We loved staying in this cozy apartment for our trip to Porto. We had everything we needed…beds, bathrooms, and a kitchen. While it was a bit chilly, we did get the opportunity to enjoy the yard, too. The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go (including the train).

The apartment is super cute with a pleasant garden where we enjoyed both morning coffee and evening wine. It has everything to make a stay in Porto easy and fun. Groceries and Bolhão very close. Functional kitchen, washer, great a/c. Lots of room (we were two) to spread out. Bathroom is spacious but needs a little mildew removal on the shower tiles. Would definitely stay again - host responses were very helpful and quick.

Very Nice, a bit of a hike!

Everything was great here. Just know that there are no supplies. No plastic, foil, coffee, salt and pepper. No dishwasher tabs, same for the clothes washer. So if you plan on using any of these things come supplied or get ready to go to the grocery store. Good neighborhood but a bit of a hike up and down the hills toward things.
