The Space:

The studio features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including cookware and appliances. A dining table provides a pleasant space to enjoy your meals. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure your comfort during your stay. For added convenience, the apartment features a lift, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a TV with cable channels.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire flat, including the fully equipped kitchen, the en-suite bathroom and the private bedroom with a double bed. Enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV and much more. The flat is located in a building with a lift, providing easy access.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua João das Regras, the flat is ideally situated for exploring the best of Porto. Just a short walk away, in Largo da Lapa, lies the heart of King Pedro IV’s reign in Portugal, a historic landmark. Praça da República and Trindade Metro Station are just an 8-minute walk away, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Faria Guimarães metro station, less than 300 metres away, offers quick connections to Porto’s entire public transport network. Just 900 metres away, you can enjoy the city centre, with the iconic Avenida dos Aliados and the bustling Rua Santa Catarina. Explore the picturesque Rua das Flores and the vibrant Ribeira, with stunning views of the River Douro and the famous wine cellars of Gaia. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a variety of cafés, restaurants and convenience stores, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



Getting Around:

To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on application). Furthermore, the apartment is conveniently located near an extensive public transport network, providing easy access to various parts of the city.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
