The Space:
The flat offers two bedrooms, both with double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The living room is spacious and bright, with a flat-screen television with cable channels and free Wi-Fi. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa, a dining table and access to a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with towels and a first aid kit for your convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the two bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom, dining room, and outdoor area. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of downtown Porto, this flat offers the perfect setting for exploring the city. Situated opposite Bolhão Market, it is just a few minutes from Avenida dos Aliados and Clérigos Tower. Enjoy the proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. For a lively night out, the Galerias de Paris area, with its vibrant nightlife, is within walking distance. Explore Porto and discover its treasures from this central location.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price upon enquiry). The flat is strategically located at Rua de Alexandre Braga 82, Porto, with easy access to an extensive public transport network. The nearest underground station offers quick connections to various parts of the city, including the airport (OPO), with an estimated journey time of 30 minutes. There are paid parking options nearby.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the additional costs.
The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
