Ficaria novamente com certeza.

O apartamento é lindo, enorme e super equipado. Tem uma vista sensacional do Douro. Tem vaga de garagem o que é essencial para quem se hospeda com carro alugado. Tudo muito limpo e conservado. Me hospedaria novamente com toda certeza, apesar do inconveniente que tivemos com a geladeira. Em pleno verão europeu, num calor de 40 graus, a geladeira não estava funcionando, e como solução, deixaram um frigobar minúsculo no meio da cozinha que não cabia uma garrafa de água em pé. Estávamos em 5 adultos, um deles que faz uso de insulina que necessita refrigeração. Não nos avisaram com antecedência. Fomos pegos de surpresa por conta da geladeira “queimada” e tínhamos feito uma compra de supermercado para o café da manhã e sem local para armazenamento acabamos jogando muita coisa fora. Poderiam também disponibilizar uma máquina de lavar roupas que em apartamentos menores da empresa Liiiving estão disponíveis e o essencial é melhorar a comunicação, que é feita toda por e-mail. Nos dias de hoje, precisamos de agilidade na informação. Somos turistas… ninguém fica olhando e-mail o dia todo. O WhatsApp está aí para facilitar.
