This charming 65m² one-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia is the perfect retreat for small families or friends seeking comfort and relaxation. Conveniently located on the ground floor, it offers easy access and a welcoming atmosphere.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the shared pool, ideal for relaxing under the sun or spending quality time together.

Inside, the apartment features an open-plan layout with a cosy living area, including a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony, where you’ll find a seating area perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals — a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher is also provided to make cleaning up a breeze.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed, complete with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, and ample storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom comes stocked with all essential amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay from start to finish.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled in the coastal parish of Madalena in Vila Nova de Gaia, this property enjoys a privileged location that combines beachside charm, cultural heritage, and everyday convenience. Just minutes away, guests can relax at Praia da Madalena, a Blue Flag beach known for its clean sands and excellent swimming conditions, or head to Praia de Marbelo, a quieter spot perfect for sunbathing or catching waves.

Nature lovers will appreciate the area's proximity to scenic walking routes and viewpoints, while cultural explorers can visit local landmarks such as the Igreja da Madalena and the quaint Capela de Nossa Senhora da Conceição, both showcasing the region’s architectural and spiritual history.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
