In a pleasant and bright apartment, you can enter and feel in an innovative and modern design with new wooden floors and wood paneling in the walls, 1 bedroom apartment with living room and shower room.

In the bedroom there will be a comfortable, spacious bed with comfortable pillows and a cozy blanket. In the living room, of course, you will have a cozy sofa that opens up to bed in front of the TV with the dining area.
In the apartment can sleep up to 4 people, with all the necessary facilities.


This amazing apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator in a brand new building.

Access to the apartment will be done by a key you will receive from our representative who will meet you, along with a code for the door to continue your stay.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer all your questions.

Reception times are: Check-In from 15:00 to 22:00 and Check Out until 12:00.

300 meters away is the nearest metro station which can be reached directly from the airport, a bus stop is located just under the building with many lines to the city and a walking distance of only 900 meters from the city's center and the main avenue.

Below 50 meters around the building you will find a self-service laundry, coffee shops and restaurants, a supermarket and a pleasant garden.
