Good Hotel, Poor Service

The hotel and stay was ok and very close the the rodoviaria bus station. But we requested and electricity adaptator because ours was not working and they did not provide us one, so we couldnt connect any cellphone or notebook to charge. Unnacceptable in 2025 and made the stay uncomfortable.

Convenient location

Hotel is functional for an overnight stay before flying on. ie near transport so I could go from bus terminal to the airport easily. The reception staff were very helpful and helped me get a sushi take-away as it is not feel to go out walking around the area at night and I was too tired to go further afield by taxi. The shower was not good with water temperature fluctuating. Breakfast service was poor as there was not a table cleared and then no cutlery either and I had to ask a number of times to get a place.
