Shouldn’t have to pay for parking if you are staying at the hotel. Otherwise it was great. I’ve never had to pay for parking when staying at any hotel. 😞

Most of it was great and the hotel seemed clean and appealing. The only thing we didn't enjoy is that the room had a noise, almost a tremble you could feel ALL night even in your sleep. We were on the 4th floor and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We really needed to sleep. It didn't come from the airport or planes. It was either the heater, a motor or the elevators, but it was very annoying.

Had hair on shampoo bottles in shower. Clean better is needed Windows don’t open. So had a sweat body odor smell. Had to spray to clear air smell

A nice property overall. Strangely the elevator was not exactly working (the button to call the elevator on the ground floor is broken) - this meant using the stairs for the most part otherwise the front desk person has to trigger the elevator manually to use it. The breakfast was, in a word, terrible. The food was mostly cold and the juice dispenser was broken. I chose the hotel partly because of them having a free breakfast but it was not worth the trouble. I will give them credit for having Lavazza coffee, which is nice.
