Good/Not so good! Very nice hotel! Lots of restaurants in walking distance. We traveled via the RedLine from PDX to within 2 blocks for less than $3ea. Uber was $35! Our room with a balcony (extra expense) faced an old, run down apt bldg with the homeless gathering in the doorways.

Lovely older hotel that’s been well maintained and updated. Nice restaurant and bar are right in the building off the lobby. The only thing is that it costs $25 to park in a nearby garage but even that’s well managed.

Well run establishment

Service was impeccable—the restaurant and bar were well run with great selections, early check in for a small fee worked well for me, and housekeeping even found the baseball hats I had misplaced. Throw in attractive prices and a great location and the Paramount is a winner.

The floor had not been vacuumed in a while. I think it is time for you to change out the rugs. The whiskey bar could use a better cooling system. My stay happened during the heatwave. My friend and I were too hot to head out to eat, so we decided to go to Swine located within the hotel. It was very hot in there. I felt really bad for your staff because to working in heat. I noticed your lobby staff had to suffer working in the hot lobby. You can do better than that.
