The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Human waste residue was at the buttom of the toilet and pee drops were on the seat . I couldn’t believe my eyes. Drapes had stains and arm chair had several days old food stain. I didn’t even take a shower due to filthy bathroom.

We stayed here for two nights and were blown away by the space. The lobby is absolutely stunning and the room was great. Clean, comfortable, classy. The front desk and valet service were both stellar. Parking was expensive, but it was quick and easy to retrieve the car with the click of a button! We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant downstairs, but the menu looked fabulous. Make sure you check out the historical staircase inside the hotel! Awesome insight on the property and Portland as a whole.

Friendly reception staff and responsive maintenance when we had an issue with the heating; comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom; good breakfast in the lobby restaurant (a la carte menu, included); excellent room rate. We like the traditional style but found the older window tricky to close. The bathroom needs shelving or a table for sundries.
