Rooms were absolutely disgusting .. we have pictures... there was hair on the bed ans other stuff. The bathrooms were nasty.

The boiler had failed and the manager was unwilling to get it repaired promptly as it was a Sunday. Outside temperature was about 5° C. The housekeeper was kind enough to give us extra blankets.

The temperature unit was placed entirely too high in the room. I had to stand on a chair in order to adjust the temperature in the room. Needless to say, this presents a liability issue. Especially when I brought this up to staff and they refused to give me any type of compensation or move me to another room.
