We stay here every time we come to Portland…never again. The keys didn’t work in the door and the front desk “lady” accused me for being the problem instead of just fixing it. We had to get new keys made the next day as well. They didn’t make up the room and we had to go get towels ourselves. It was truly disappointing.

It was fine for a night but we had no towels to shower and the bathroom was gross. You could hear the people talking in both rooms next to us. The garbage was picked up right outside our window at 4 in the morning and was so loud it scared my kids. The parking pass was confusing and inconvenient when you have to validate it each time you leave and come back.

It was what it WAS...no reason to book again.

It served the purpose a quick one night stay. The weird thing is that tge shower in room 118 wouldn't produce WARM or HOT water!!! I told the lady at the front desk on check out and she said they are working on it (what ever that means), but WHY put a guest in THAT room??? Oh well.

Reserve the tram way in advance

We stayed in this hotel for 4 hours as a rest stop between flights. Check in was easy. The shuttle came to pick us up within 30 mins of calling. It was frustrating that the shuttle only runs to the airport every 20 mins in the morning (it is a 5 min drive to the airport). You have to reserve your spot on the morning trams. All the spots were full at 5:00, 5:20, 5:40, 6:00. So we had to reserve a spot on the 4:40 tram. Our flight was at 7.
