$10 parking per vehicle. Could not leave car in their facility while away. Said I did 3rd party booking so my car was not eligible to stay at their facility while I flew to another state. I had to park at the economy parking instead

A Night at the Red Lion

I had a one night stay following a late night arriving flight to PDX. I stay at Red Lion frequently when traveling to/from Oregon, which I do twice a year. Always pleased with shuttle service to/from the airport, check-in, cleanliness and comfort of the room. My single issue with my most recent stay was that I was assigned to room 139 which is one room away from an exit to the parking lot. The exit door slams shut with an extremely loud bang. I was awakened numerous times during the night because people are leaving the hotel at all hours of course. I was exhausted in the morning. I will certainly return to Red Lion but will not accept a room close to any of the exits to the parking lot.

Although we were at the airport, we did not hear planes all night. Very pleased about that. Front desk was so helpful and interested in helping arrange transportation to meet our early morning flight. Will stay there again.

Stuff was very professional and offered to help take my suitcase up to the second floor since there was no elevator. Unfortunately, this Hotel needs to do some upgrading. There is no restaurant nearby, there is no breakfast to go, there is not good insulation from the room door to the inner corridor and you can hear all of your neighbors. I wouldn’t stay here again.
