A complimentary monthly parking pass for DiMillo's Marina is included. This pass allows 24-hour parking for one vehicle. The same lot can accommodate a second vehicle for approximately $40 per day.

House Rules
Below are the house rules to help ensure a comfortable and smooth stay. We appreciate your cooperation.
Check In and Check Out
Check in begins at 4:00 PM
Check out is at 11:00 AM
Please respect check out time so our cleaning team can prepare for the next guest.
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy is four guests without prior approval.
Minimum Age
Guests must be at least 30 years old to book.
No Pets
Pets of any kind are not allowed.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment, on the private deck, or within the building. If you need to smoke, please exit the building and use the ground level outside area. Evidence of smoking will result in loss of the security deposit.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to be respectful and considerate. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, parties without permission, or any destructive or unsafe actions may lead to removal and loss of the security deposit.
Please Note
There are office spaces directly below the suite. Kindly avoid excessive noise during weekday business hours. Parents are asked to supervise children, especially regarding running inside the unit.
Furnishings
The apartment is fully stocked with linens, towels, cookware, dishware, and starter paper products. Guests staying longer may need to replenish paper goods or soaps.
Towels and Linens
Makeup, foundation, and tanning products can stain. Complimentary makeup wipes and black makeup towels are provided.
Expenses
Any costs beyond what is included in the rental agreement may be deducted from the security deposit. Additional charges beyond the deposit remain the guest’s responsibility and will be invoiced.
Cleaning
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Upon departure, please clear the refrigerator, run the dishwasher, and gather your trash. Do not remove duvet covers from comforters.
Weather and Noise
As the property is located on the urban waterfront, outdoor noise is part of the environment. Weather, maritime activity, construction, and other natural conditions are not grounds for refunds.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for travel issues on your end, including but not limited to flight delays/cancellations, vehicle issues, health problems/illness, family emergencies, weather, late arrivals/early departures, or any other unexpected issues that prevent cancellation after the given date range. We are holding your reservation for you and will not be able to rent it after a certain date. Therefore, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events.
