The person who checked us in on Sunday was so lovely! The valet was incredible! The room was beautiful. Our only complaint would be the quality of the food laid out for breakfast. Breakfast was not up to the quality for a Hyatt.

Everyone was nice and very helpful. Except the cleaning staff. They were rude and the cleaning wasn’t good. I hope we don’t get any extra charges for them not doing a good service. A lady spilled something on the carpet didn’t bother to clean it up and she was very rude like if that was not her duties to clean. Front desk was informed of this incident.
