Staff and property were lovely and the area is nice. You do need to walk to get a variation of food options but it is very manageable. Breakfast was well organised and good value.

Breakfast included is sub-standard for this category of hotel. 7-10am, we arrived at 8:50am and they had already run out of fruit, pastries, and popular tea flavor bags. They could plan better for a weekend. The staff was nice. The room clean yet hard, uncomfortable mattress and down pillows (so bring your own if your neck needs support). The pool was great for the kids. Parking is tricky. The options are valet on-site for an extra $52/night or across-the-street in a separate building garage for $26 but no in/out. Do not count on street parking.

We stayed in the studio king with sofa bed. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable sofa bed I've ever come accross. Considering the price of the hotel I hope they upgrade the mattress on the sofa beds. Peloton wasn't properly set up in the gym either. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby is a nice touch.

The service is amazing! The front staff so kind and welcoming. The property sits in a perfect location for walking, dining, coffee shops, scenery. Morning breakfast provided by the hotel is just perfect to start the day. Only negative… the bed however was not comfortable. Which made for a long night trying to get some sleep.
