Property was bright and breakfast options were great. Staff extremely friendly. Parking was v expensive (like all hotels in Portland downtown for some reason) - but plenty of parking on street during weekends.

Reserved for two nights but we had a horrible first night and seriously considered checking out the next morning and finding another accommodation, even though it would have meant losing the money that we would have had to pay for the second night of the booking. The issue was the room was very warm

Only one thing precluded me from giving the hotels five-star rating: my room was freezing! 66 degrees the entire three days. 68 degree is the minimum I would find acceptable. The AC vent on my wing was blasting cold air, so the hall was cold as well as my room.

Excellent!

We were there to watch our grandson’s wrestling tournament. The hotel was lovely. Very modern, everything was pristine, clean and comfortable. My husband forgot his water pic at the hotel and when we called they had it and sent it back to us within two days. Also Eric in valet was very helpful. Kind courteous he let us keep our car at the curb for a few extra minutes while we grabbed breakfast all around a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.
