Looking for a cozy place to plant yourself while in Vancouver? This is the spot! Grandview ADU is a sweet, private space, equipped with all you need for a short or long-term stay. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of towels, and the bed is comfortable. Additionally, there is a garage to park your car and store any extras such as bikes. Did we mention the deck space? Sit out in the morning and sip your coffee or utilize the BBQ to grill up some dinner.
The space is unique with an extra bathroom that gives way to a bonus room. The bonus room has a cozy couch and desk that is great for work or play. Washer and dryer are there for use.
The location is spot on, close to freeways, Clark College, hospital, and downtown. The cheapest gas in town is just down the street and grocery shopping is less than a mile.
To note, this is a downstairs unit, the upstairs is occupied and foot traffic is audible. Also, the apartment is near an active road, noise is moderate throughout the day and quieter at night.
