Very nice rooms, quiet location with street parking and a nice park across the street. Close to nightlife without being in the thick of it. My only criticism is the convenience store type food downstairs is waaaaay overpriced; $8 for instant noodles!

The rooms are new and clean with a refrigerator and great views (especially if you can see the park across the street). The staff were friendly and accommodating both at the front desk and at the restaurant. This will now be our hotel home when we have to stop in Portland.

A picture window onto the park gave the room a glow of light for the most of the day. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive. It’s a central location, on the edge of the Pearl District, and is peaceful.

The staff was incredible. Super helpful with any questions we had. As accommodating as possible ( no pool or hot tubs, lol) Tea was sweet asking about our daily adventures. From the door man to everyone we didnt see, they were awesome. We'll be back for sure.
