Shopping and restaurants nearby..fridge,micro,and coffee machine in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and upgraded. Near the freeway so road noise with window open could be an issue for some with room windows facing it.

Room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again. There was an issue checking in. When I arrived and tried checking in, their systems were down. As I was going to an event, I wasn’t wanting to drive so I had requested an uber so I could leave my car at the hotel, however since I couldn’t get my room with the systems down, I had to leave all my belongings in my car. That is as a little frustrating but overall it was a good stay and I’ll definitely be staying there again in the future.

I got to the hotel at Check in and was told my room wasn't ready. I came back in an hour at their request and it still wasn't clean. After another 30 minutes, I got checked in and got my things to my room and got settled in, only to have the maid come into my room not once but twice unannounced. It also appeared that the bed was not stripped but only remade. The sheets were wrinkled in a manner that looked as if they had been slept in.

Location works well for us because we were there for a family member at Kaiser hospital which is 5min walk from the hotel. They also offer discount rate for guests staying to be close to the hospital.

Value of the lodging cost was reasonably good! Location to the local shopping mall, other retail stores and dining options was very good. The only bummer of the property, the ice machine on the floor we were staying on was out of order and appeared to not being fixed. The egress to the hotel had a lot of pot holes and bumps.

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn! The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and smooth. My room was clean, comfortable, and with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it made for a restful night. Breakfast in the morning had a nice variety, including both hot and cold options. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was great 💯 ,the room was clean and cozy, only down fall was the vending machines didn't take debt cards at least the one on the 2nd floor. Other than that I will return and recommend to family and friends . I also had worked there years and years ago.😉
