Room was spotless clean, lots of pillows with different thickness. However, the pool was milky in color - and the hot tub was dark brown. I was told at check in the hot tub was to be fixed the next morning and had "just stopped working that day". ummmm, no. It was apparent it had't worked in a while. They should have DRAINED it with the water that gross. Breakfast had a lot of options unless you are gluten intolerant. Options without wheat flour were small condiment cups of cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons of cheese and sugar syrup fruit or yogurt. We stayed 3 nights and the pool / hot tub never were available (reason we chose this hotel- I needed to continue PT for recent hip surgery and swimming was approved by doctor). So disappointed with lack of communication on that. Otherwise a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

I found myself in Troutdale without a place to sleep - I was recommended to try the Best Western. I booked the room just a couple hours before arriving. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the complimentary continental breakfast was better than average. Prices were in line with other area hotels. Best Western was such a life saver this weekend, I'd definitely look to stay in one again.

The property was very nice and quiet. I have no idea where the front desk guy was because he was never there when we came and went, you had to push a ringer for him. They put a $250 hold on your card and it takes over a week to get iy back.
