One bedroom apartment to rent only 15 min walking to Praia da Rocha (beach) in Resort Clube Vilarosa - Portimão, Algarve. The apartment is available to rent for 2 or 1 weeks: 27th June to 4th July or/and 4th July to 11th July.
Very nice, bright, spacious apartment that comes fully furnished. The bedroom comes with two single beds, there's a very ample living room with a balcony (view to the pool and garden), double sofa bed, toilet with bathtub and equipped kitchen (also, with a balcony).
The apartment comes with all amenities like WiFi, landline and TV.
For the price of 750€ per week you will have access to 3 pools, garage with one parking spot available, restaurant, two bars, mini-market, playground, garden, gym, tennis court and diverse activities (karaoke, exotic birds show, clown show, water polo, Zumba, water fitness, etc.).
The Vila Rosa Resort has 24h/day monitoring system, staff available 24h a day and provided daily cleaning and change of linen.
A 15min drive away (10km east), there's the town of Lagoa, the wine capital of the Algarve, where harvested wine is offered in the cooperative Adega de Lagoa.
Several bars and pubs are open until late at night in Praia da Rocha. Numerous restaurants offer international or typical Portuguese cuisine (seafood and others). Good weather, good food and good people.
