The location and surrounding outdoors spaces are fantastic. The terrace upstairs was a wonderful place to unwind on a sunny day. Svetlana greeted us on arrival and was lovely to deal with. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. We loved the secure underground parking, the proximity to the boardwalk and beach, yet quiet and peaceful. This was our 5th winter in the Algarve, so we are well aware that dwellings can be very cold and feel damp. Most of these rentals are built with hot summer months in mind. This apartment would be a blessing in July with its northern exposure and shaded terrace. That said, warm slippers and extra sweaters are a must during the winter and early spring.

Kitchen space was cramped with no space to store food other than the fridge. The room did smell a bit of mold or mildew so we left the bathroom fan run continuously which helped somewhat. The resort is quite beautiful, the location excellent and the on site parking is very convenient and secure. Overall decent value for the money. A heated pool would be really great as we stayed in November.

Huge apartment for two people including massive roof terrace, with subbed, sofa and table and chairs. Views of the sea from here. Minimart close by for essentials and the poolside cafe does great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Major/minor repairs

We loved the area and the rooftop patio was enjoyable.The pool area is beautiful.The kitchen was well stocked and having a diswasher was great.The carpet in main area needs to be thrown out. Bathtub needs to be replaced as the tub has tilted and there's always stagnant water there.Would be nice to have a coat rack by the door.We would stay there again as you just cant beat the location!

Great Long Term Rental

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and everything except the weather was perfect. The location is great for access to the beach and the rooftop patio is wonderful. Svetlana was great!

Excellent apartment near the harbour and beech

Really happy with the apartment. If there is a small downside it was the lack of kitchen equipment (only 1 bowl so we had to take turns!) The pool is huge but cold in November… Didn’t really use the Solarium because the shadow came over very early. In Summer this will probably be very welcome. WiFi never let us down. Parking space was located underground so kept the car safe.

Location, location, location

An absolutely amazing place to stay - exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, bright and well situated condo in Portimao. The upstairs patio area was a fabulous place to lounge in morning, afternoon and evening, with great vistas. The condo is a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and more.

2024 winter getaway

Excellent location, great parking for the car. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. Easy access to great walking trails and the beach. Lovely terrace for sitting in the sun. It was wonderful!! The lady who manages our stay was remarkable. She helped us with everything we needed. The pool is clean and beautiful. Restaurant breakfast is amazing!!! Staff are extremely courteous kind and professional! There’s laundry facilities in our room which we used. Close to the marina. Everything one needs!

Tivoli Marina stay

We had a very enjoyable week in the apartment in Tivoli Marina. We were a little later than expected checking in but Svetlana met us and showed us round. She was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more, we were very comfortable there and hope to visit again before too long.

Gorgeous views, lovely people and more than comfortable accommodations.

This was a truly lovely spot in a gorgeous area. Lots around to do … or just read and relax by the pool or on the rooftop terrace. Contact Svetlana was most responsive and very helpful. Looking forward to making this a spot for a family vacation in the future.

Nice property, fabulous pool,lots of local restaurants. Host skimped on everything offered. It was cold at night -one thin bedcover on bed. Uncovered duvets in cupboard host refused us covers - telling us to ask the hotel next door!!!!!!! Hotel said it was a private apartment and OF COURSE would not give us duvet covers!!! We were there for 9 days, left 2 towels each, no other sheets, had to wash towels no wash powder left. Asked to use dishwasher no washing tablets. Left only the toilet roll on the holder. Last thing you want to do on holiday is buyloo rolls, boxes of wash powder/ dishwasher pills. Fresh linen and towels and loo rolls could all be seen locked in a glass cupboard!!! Sorry mean hosting

Lack of WiFi kept us from giving 5 stars

We enjoyed our stay here. The roof deck was a fantastic spot to relax, get some sun, and catch the breeze coming in off of the water. Proximity to the beach (~300 meters) meant that we were close enough to walk there easily but far enough away that we could have quiet when we wanted it. My only wish was that the unit had WiFi. While the description says that they do, in reality you use the WiFi coming from the hotel, which is inconsistent and weak at best, and nonexistent at worst. You can not reliably use the internet. On the roof you can get a weak signal that drops frequently, but in the unit it is not stable at all. So if you're here for the beach and want to avoid technology, you will love this place. But if you need to work, communicate, or stream anything using the internet, perhaps consider someplace else.
