The Sydney Apartment is a modern and spacious holiday apartment, with capacity for 4+2 guests.



Located on the ground floor, it is a short distance from the center of Alvor and has access to a common pool. Access to the pool and garden area is via stairs or elevator to a lower level and then just a few steps.



The bright open-plan living/dining room features satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, dining table, and air conditioning. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. In the kitchen, there is also a dining table for breakfast, a balcony, and a pantry.



The 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds and built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a small terrace with outdoor table and chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and another with a shower tray.



This magnificent apartment is located on the outskirts of the fishing village of Alvor, known for having one of the longest beaches in the Algarve (5 min by car) and a beautiful seaside promenade. The nearest golf course, Alto Golf, is just 2 min by car. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance.



Alvor is an ideal destination for relaxing holidays, offering excellent restaurants and lively nightlife.
