Communication failed as they did not communicate that they didnt have the available a 2 queen bed room as i requested. Nothing was able to be done due to no manager on site. They did not provided a solution becase they fixed it with pull out bed. Which they new the room was changed and at check in we was not notified. So we couldn't cancel the checking and receive a refund.
