Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Apartment was perfect for our stay.....lots of room. Easy walk to club for dinner as unfortunately hotel restaurant no longer in operation. Closeness to beach and onsight parking also plus. Single bed mattresses were uncomfortable.....could feel springs. Children ended up sleeping in king bed with me. We did however enjoy our stay.

Loved this place ,very clen and friendly staff, very basic kitchen facilities, just a pan and one steel pan, enough cutlery, mugs and glasses. 10 min walk to beach, good location. Clean& comfortable beds and bathroom.

Very very comfy bed. We can hardly find any hotel that has real bed and this is the one! We finally managed to take some long needed rest sometimes get away just to be able to rest properly while exploring the areas. We would definitely be considering staying in Peninsula again whenever we visit Nelson Bay area. The Korean restaurant in the hotel complex offers great food, definitely a must do visit each time!
