16 Sandals is a beautifully decorated Seacliffs townhome with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. 16 Sandals has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8.
There are 2 master suites, a queen suite and a suite with 2 twin beds. Each suite has its own bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. Each of the master suites has a large balcony with seating to enjoy the views and spectacular sunsets!
The top floor has the kitchen, dining area and living room.
Don't worry about getting your groceries up the stairs! 16 Sandals has an elevator that stops on all floors!
16 Sandals has been updated with Cortec flooring throughout and new carpeting on the stairs.
There is a full sized washer and dryer on the ground floor.
16 Sandals also has a garage- making storing your beach toys and kayaks a breeze. The garage has an extra refrigerator for extra beverages- cooler reloads for the beach without going upstairs!
16 Sandals provides 4 beach chairs and a beach cart.
There is also a gas grill for your use.
