Soft breezes drift in from the shoreline as you step onto a gulf-view deck, the sound of waves carrying across the quiet neighborhood. Mornings invite unhurried moments with a warm cup in hand, and evenings gather around the fire pit beneath wide coastal skies. With beach access just a short walk away, this home offers a peaceful base for days shaped by salt air and easy rhythms.

Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house accommodates up to 8 guests. The ground level includes a bedroom with a daybed and trundle offering 2 twin beds and convenient access to the pool area. On the mid-level, the master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct entry to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, storage, and a smart TV. A full bath with double vanities and a tub-shower combo completes the mid-level layout.

Outdoor living
After spending time near the water, return to a private outdoor setting designed for relaxing and gathering. The fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit suited for calm nights outdoors. A private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours, with a heating option from October to March for an additional fee. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, stretch out on the patio or balcony, or prepare a meal on the gas BBQ grill while taking in the Gulf of Mexico views.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept top floor brings the kitchen, dining, and living spaces together with gulf views as a backdrop. The kitchen is equipped for meal preparation with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel electric stove, and coffee maker. The dining table seats six, and four additional bar stools at the counter create room for shared meals and conversation.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you will find central air conditioning, a window AC unit, heating, a ceiling fan, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A dedicated workspace in a common area offers room to stay connected. A 75 inch HDTV with standard cable adds entertainment options. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, a free washer and dryer, and home safety features are provided. For families, a crib, Pack 'n Play, baby safety gates, children's books and toys, and board games offer added convenience. Beach essentials are available for your days by the water.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two pets with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Assistance animals are always allowed. The fully fenced backyard offers outdoor space for pets to enjoy alongside you.

Neighborhood
Located in the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home sits within easy reach of beach access, local restaurants, and scenic stretches of coastline. Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas offer additional options for wandering, dining, and spending time outdoors.

The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

*NOTE:
Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!


We do not live in the direct area but, I am close enough if there is an emergency.
