Mediocre accommodations

The first room we stayed in was for disabled people and not at all comfortable for us. They did change our room the next night and it was much better sleeping. They also gave us a free night during our stay for the room mixup. This is a brand new hotel but there were many flaws. The first room the fridge was not level by at least 2 inches. The second room had no stopper in the bathroom sink and the lament flooring was peeling. They also have no comfortable chairs to sit on in both rooms. Overall the experience was mediocre. The staff, Mike, was helpful but again they open the desk at 9 am and close it at 8 pm. I

Won't be coming back!

The elevators were not working on Friday night, but were working Saturday morning. Found cockroach in bathroom. Beds are cheap and not comfortable. Bathtub clogged so standing water when showering. For $246 a night, this was unacceptable!

I like that the property is well-located near shopping stores and restaurants. The room looked clean, but I saw small roaches when I walked in and in the bathroom.
