Quiet neighborhood. Large rooms. VERY convenient location close to MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Event Center. Good recommendation for stay close to activities at the Event Center. Very comfortable beds. House could use a few more amenities. Otherwise, all was great.

Positives: Mohammed was helpful, the communication was good, and he came to fix the back door that wouldn’t lock. The beds were clean and comfortable (minus the pillows), there were basic necessities.Negatives: I have never had a rental property leave such a ratty scrubber for the dishes - it’s always a new one. There was barely any scrub left. It was a biohazard and I had to toss it out. Like I said before, the pillows were pretty poor quality. The house wasn’t in great shape inside. There was stuff stuck to the floor all throughout, like something was washed over and it is in need of a decent scrubbing. Partial floor removal in the bathrooms doesn’t give a great vibe and looks trashy. There are switches that don’t work and light remotes galore. The yard had party trash in the front and back. Overall it was okay but could really use some TLC and decorations to make it feel more like a vacation spot and home away from home.
