Locks on doors don’t work. Hot Tub wouldn’t heat up. Pool was dirty. Sliding glass doors in bedroom didn’t work. Couldn’t plug tub to take a bath in jacuzzi and jacuzzi jets didn’t work. Thermostat kept resetting back to owners preferences. Owner was rude when we talked to him in regards to things that were broken. Told us to take a shower or we were at fault about hot tub because we opened the cover for 5 minutes. Bidet in bedroom didn’t work. They didn’t bother giving us combo for hide a key till 3rd day and then key wouldn’t work so we had to leave door open all the time. House listed many amenities but nothing worked. This was a beautiful home back in the day and it could be again if they put some work into it. Owner told us he hadn’t stepped foot in the house since he purchased it and it wasn’t his fault. We did receive money back from VRBO but we have yet to receive the money that was promised to us by the mgmt company. I waited a long time to review home because 1. I wanted to see if they would refund as promised and 2. I was afraid of how they would review us badly even though we took video and pictures of how we left home. Again you can tell the place used to be nice so I hope they put some love into it, I’m the future.

This is our 5th year coming to New Port Richey area and by far our favorite spot. It had everything you could need for a family. It was cute and functional too. My kids loved the hot tub and watching the wildlife on the lake. Super clean and nice utilities. We will be using again!!
