Staff at entrance and those who moved luggage for guests were generally courteous. Restaurant and wait staff were excellent. Front desk and reception very good. Not sure if this was the fault of the cleaning staff but I stayed 4 days and never had a bin. One of the staff members gave me 2 small garbage bags on the first night. I received bottled water once. I was there for a meeting and al meals and refreshments were on time and the desserts delicious. Overall I felt safe.

Missed basic instructions on breakfast time, elevator positioning, restaurants, etc. Got lost for a while trying to understand if the lunch was available on the 1st floor or in the 14th. The hotel in general needs better maintenance and the mold smell kind of bother me.
