Beware

This house was horrible! In dire need of remodel, and not by the owner! Who obviously fancies themselves as DIY’ers but have no business with a hammer! It smelled like mold, the water smells like rotten eggs! The electrical is nothing short of hazardous! General appearance I would categorize this as a “trap house”

Couldn’t even shower the 2 days i was in port mansfield because the strong smell of sulfur / rotten eggs
