Quiet Hours – 10PM – 8AM. As we’re in a residential area, we’d really appreciate your help in keeping the peace for our lovely neighbours.

Cooking & Freshness – To keep the home fresh for everyone, please use fans and open windows when cooking. Foods with strong aromas (like curry, fish & chips, or ghee) can linger and may require extra cleaning. If heavy odours remain, a specialist clean may be needed and additional fee charged for hire of Ozone Purifier

Parties & Events – We love that you’re here to relax and enjoy — but please, no parties or large gatherings.

Pets – As much as we adore furry friends, this home is pet-free.

Smoking – Strictly no smoking indoors. A specialist cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.

Please simply smoke a distance from the verandahs to avoid smoke entering the home

Parking – Parking may be shared at times. Please park to the far side of the driveway and keep garage access clear.

Check-Out Time – 10:00AM.

Check-Out Tips – Before heading off, a quick tidy up is much appreciated: bins emptied, dishwasher stacked, and the space left to allow enough time to clean for our next guests .

A relaxing retreat.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in this delightful, newly renovated home with pretty white plantation shutters. Everything was just perfect! The house has everything one needs, home away from home. The kitchen is really well equiped with everything one needs. We enjoyed our Nespressos sitting on the verandah in the mornings. And the roomy rain shower was a real treat. I appreciate the host’s attention to detail in things like providing basic items like bandaids, antiseptic, tissues, an initial supply of Nespresso pods etc. And I loved the little herb garden with rosemary, parsley and mint. Thank you for a most wonderful stay Jo!

Better than the Photos!

The place is feels/looks new and very well presented with nice touches throughout. Comfortably suitable for 4-5 people or a couple. Jo was great to deal with, & communication was hassle free. Look forward to our next visit, and will be recommending to my network of friends & family during their travels to Port Mac.
