RC ducted airconditioning upstairs, split system downstairs in living area, ceiling fans in downstairs bedrooms. Two large bathrooms, one with bath. Top load washing machine and dryer. Garage parking for 2 vehicles, secure rear yard. Bikes (guest will need to bring their own safety equipment to use including bike helmets); Table tennis; Kayak (guests need to bring life jackets). Portable fish cleaning sink. BBQ supplied. A child gate for the stairs and high chair supplied.
DIRECTIONS: Follow the signs from Moonta to Port Hughes. Turn right into Harry Point Road, then Right into Patricks Cove Estate (big stone entrance gates). Turn left at T junction, House is at the end of the street. Look for our HOLIDAY RENTAL sign on the building.
NOTE - access to the beach is via a walkway off Harry's Point Road (at the bottom of Richards Terrace). Turn Right when leaving property garage. (Beachfront paddock and dunes are privately owned. )
