A large front year, enclosed means plenty of room for the kids to run around or just sit on the front decking in the sunshine and listen to the gentle roar of the ocean. Even better a night with a glass of wine as the BBQ is heating up and just as the stars are filling the sky above.

Access the property off the car port from the side door and inside you will find an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with split system and large screen TV. The kitchen comes with all the mod cons you expect in a home and plenty of counter space a family.

Beside the kitchen there is a laundry for washing machine for your use during your stay.

The first 3 bedrooms can be found downstairs. The first a spacious Queen with built in robes, the second is also a Queen and the third has 2 singles

The main bathroom is on the ground floor with walk in shower, separate bathroom and toilet.

Head upstairs for the master bedroom with its own ensuite and living area. This private space comes with glimpses of the sea from the living space as well as a sunlit deck just perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The top floor contains a second TV, split system and ideal for a little quiet time away from it all. The master bedroom contains a Queen and walk in robes. The ensuite has a shower over the bath and toilet.
