The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Upstairs, Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, a large walk in robe with private accesses to the bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed with built in robes. The third room has two singles.
At the top of the stairwell is a second living space ideal for the children to connect there gaming consoles or quiet play. At the rear of the house is a BBQ and beach shower. Yacht House has a wide entry gate and can accommodate parking a boat on site. The yard can also be enclosed for the children.
