Disliked: Cleanliness
The renters was very nice but the amenities, the couch, the cookware, and the place just wasn’t very clean. We had spider ants on the kitchen countertop which we dealt with. We asked for a new couch because the one that was there was totally broke down. They brought us a marketplace replacement couch which wasn’t much better. The cookware was not even usable. We stayed for 2 months and this stuff is pretty important when staying that long. The washer and dryer was good and they had heat also which was good because it got cold for about 3 weeks. The location was near the highway and it was very noisy with the traffic. Often woke me up in the middle of the night. We left 4 days early because the neighbor opened his sewer and it smelled like crap. Our stay was okay at best. They were nice people but they need to do some things differently especially with long stay renters.
