Great location with a 3 minute walk to the beach or harbor side. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. Manasota Key is a great little island with great food and friendly people.

Keyless entry

All was good except that the electronic key to access the place did not wok properly and it rook at least 12 times to get it open. That was the case every time we needed to get back in the house. Maybe it needs new batteries. Everything else eas excellent.

Everything you need

The beds were fantastic. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Decorated in a coastal theme. All appliances, dishes and cookware that you might need. Easy walk to the beach. Screened porch and outside table, chairs and umbrella. Very quiet street. Thank you for a great stay.

Fun in the sun.

It was nice having a code to the door and no other check in since our flight was so late arriving at night. Very clean. Comfortable beds and the A/C works great.

Cute and cozy

The cottage is easy to find and simple to access. We had everything we needed to get started on our stay. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, everything was right there for us to use. And it really is just steps to the beach! The owners were quick to respond to any inquiry we had and helped provide many local attractions and restaurants. They were kind and courteous. Neighbors all respected the quiet zone which we really appreciated on our relaxing vacation. Pool was a wonderful bonus to relax in after a hard day of soaking up the sun on the beach. The beach is beautiful and nothing beats a Gulf Coast sunset! Shells and sharks teeth aplenty! I would absolutely stay here again.

Horrible Property

The pictures listed are likely very old. While I understand that the process of remodeling is hard, the orperty does not look like what is listed.The kitchen counters and appliances were on a step, so it was impossible to reach if you were short. Step stools were everywhere. The bathroom smelled like sewer every time you took a shower. And, when we arrived, we couldnt get in. The code was not working. Several phonecalls later we were able to reach the owner, who insisted we were "opening it wrong." My husband finally climbed through an open window to get in. The owner (Kim) showed up and couldn't open the door, nor did she have a key. We couldn't go out without leaving the door unlocked, and had to wait until the next day when the cleaning lady (Elena) brought a key. Elena was honestly the best part of the trip, and she was so kind and apologetic. Overall, we were very disappointed and wont be booking any of Kim's properties when we return next year. came.

Quick Beach Vacay

This place could be considered a hidden gem. Native Floridians that have traveled throughout state. Great location very close to beach. Cool area that has some great places to eat and drink. Laid back vibe. Area still cleaning up some from the hurricanes…this part of state got really hammered. Definitely would rebook here!

Love this spot

This was my fifth time staying here. Amy and her team all do an amazing job. It has everything you need for a beach trip. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, great little pool, bay views, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, grills, and I love the screened in porch. I’ve gone with friends and I’ve been with family, everyone has loved it. Looking forward to getting back soon! Thanks for a beautiful vacation spot!!

Perfect spot in Manasota Key

The cottage was a perfect place to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of manasota key. Everything was as described; just perfect. And a bonus was the other vacationers in the small complex were wonderful and friendly.
