The customer service at the hotel was excellent! Unfortunately the room felt very wet. It was difficult to regulate any sort of comfortable temperature with the wall unit.

Where do I start??!!!! Amazing!!! I travel every weekend and stay at low cost hotels, this was by far the best place I’ve stayed at. First, it’s updated and clean, no rusty fixtures, no crumbling walls/trim/etc. which generally I expect and don’t worry about at low cost motels but this was clean and in great shape. Second, the facility…. it has a crystal clear pool, a working comfy hot tub, a usable good repair bbq grill and spot in a patio, Some gym equipment to use, a clean smoking area, water with lemon in a dispenser by the front desk, plenty of parking, and an awesome front desk guy who was very friendly. Thirdly, the room was great in AC, had very comfy comforter blanket, kind of like those down blankets, room had recessed lighting that made it nice, hot water with great pressure, wall built in shampoo and conditioner, fridge, microwave, chair, clean carpet, and giant tv… loved the room! Lastly, the breakfast!!! Hot breakfast, eggs and sausage the first day and eggs and biscuits and gravy the next! Also the regular apples, cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs in prepackaged containers, juice, coffee, and waffles.

I stayed at the property because it was priced well and offered breakfast. I was very disappointed that breakfast didn’t start until 7. I have stayed at many hotels and this is the first time that breakfast didn’t start at 6-6:30! So unfortunately I picked the wrong place to stay since I had to leave for my golf tournament by 6:30. I had to eat crackers for breakfast. Another disappointing thing was that my room wasn’t cleaned.

We had a cockroach climb on us in the middle of the night. But I will say the staff was very helpful, changed our room for the night and then gave us a full refund so we could stay somewhere else. The staff was very nice and helpful. But the hotel has a moldy smell in the rooms and a pest problem.

We loved the layout of the room with the seating and bed areas completely separated, the nice area for snacks and drinks with its own sink, and the overall condition of the property. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the price was reasonable even though we were there over a holiday period. Breakfast was basic but plentiful and well laid out.
