Summer fun

Nice house but….

Pros: Nice, clean well maintained home exactly as pictured. The house also had many spices and cleaning items that had been left by previous renters that was really nice to have and grateful the management left them. Games and toys were available also a nice touch. Cons: Construction is being done immediately in front of and next door to the property. Extremely loud, saws, nail guns, huge trucks. There was no relaxing on the porch for a beach vacation which was a huge negative. Also emptying portapotties which as you can imagine quite a smell and noise. The construction ruined the house for us. During construction, a deep discount would be appropriate as the house is not usable to its full potential. Also, the house is further from the beach walkover than appears in photos. I would recommend any one staying rent a golf cart if planning to use the beach. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The AC did not work properly, the home was set to 70 and it was 76-79 in the home. Property management was aware. Also there is no access to the master closet due to being locked as an owners closet. A clothing rack or somewhere to hang should be put in the primary bedroom. There is also a huge lack of towel hooks/bars for a house this size. Overall, the home is nice and in a nice community but I would not recommend the house for probably another year until the construction immediately next to the property is finished. But should be noted that there is a substantial amount of construction throughout the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us and sitting on the front porch in the evening was so nice we did it every night after dinner. The house was well stocked with the necessities, the check in took only a few minutes and check out was a key drop off. Everything went great without any issues. None of us wanted to leave! That says it all.

Everything we expected!

We had a group of 20 family members and there was room for everyone. The place was VERY clean with plenty of bath towels for everyone to use. The playroom upstairs was nice to have with the kids. We look forward to booking again.

Family Memories 2021

We had no issues with the rental process. We had a large group and had no issues with 20 people. This was my first time renting with such a large group. The ferry to Galveston was a huge highlight. First time for all on this trip. We saw dolphins on just about every crossing!

Outstanding Accomodations

Very Clean, very spacious house with a great kitchen and big porch. Neighborhood is very quite & close to the beach. We came to Crystal Beach to go fishing and brought 3 trucks & 3 boats and there was plenty of room to park all in the driveway which is a major plus for our crew. Property management was very helpful and check in & out is effortless. I can not wait for our next coastal trip & to book this great house again.

This home was perfect for a dual family stay. There is plenty of room for all the kids to stay upstairs and be entertained while we enjoy spending time together downstairs. Out of the Blue is a short walk from the beach and in a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Family Bonding

We had 10 to 18 family members under roof for 6 days ! We celebrated our 51st Anniversary and birthdays of two of our 6 grandchildren’s birthdays. Good food and good beach time contributed to a very memorable time!

Perfect little get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This home is a jewel! It was very clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the beach is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 4th of July

We had a wonderful time!! The house was clean and well organized! It was very Kid friendly, if we were at the house, kids where up stairs playing or at kitchen table playing games ages 5-16 yrs 8 in total! The fireworks were the best!! So thankful for everyone one that shot them off. Would definitely stay here again.
